Matured myeloid DCs

These DC were matured using CpG-DNA as TLR9 ligand. Mature DCs upregulated CD80, CD86, MHC class II and produced cell type specific cytokines. CD8+ myeloid DCs “cross-presented” exogeneous Ags (Ovalbumin).
