Laboratory protocolBeta-glucan receptor, mannan receptor and chitin receptor are blocking by a pre-treatment of DCs with the ligand antagonist laminarin (500 micrograms/ml) mannan (500 micrograms/ml) and chitin (500 micrograms/ml) respectively before exposure to fungi.
