Working groups (called lists) can be created in the user's profile (after logging in, clicking on the person's name on the very top of the page), giving it a name and adding persons to the list. After this, the name of the working group will be displayed on your profile page beneath the “Lists” header. Rights to view or modify an object created by the user can subsequently be restricted to this list of persons (security button on the object's page, see next slide).
